The service provided and quality of the rug were great. Every question I asked was answered promptly. The rug came quickly, within 5 days of my order. It is very beautiful and well made.

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. It was helpful to use the filters and categories you have on your website, colors, dimensions and pattern style...The information on each rug was easy to find and I took my time considering. The one I selected arrived a few days later and it is just as pictured on the site. I'm delighted and will continue to shop here!
