The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag….you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)

The rug arrived very quickly and it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It looks great in the entry hall of my home, cheers up the space.
