The images are accurate and they go the extra mile to provide color guidance in their site descriptions, which is very helpful. Also, the shipments come much sooner than I would've expected. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Love my rug! It’s a perfect compliment between my Moroccan tile, white cabinets, beige rug, and brown sofas. The quality is beautiful, sturdy, and soft-to-touch at same time. The colors are so rich! Love it!
