I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended. I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

Good quality. I thought the rug might be in NJ but it was shipped from Istanbul. Still arrived relatively fast. I've been to Istanbul 2x so i am a great fan of Turkish culture. My paintings and rugs take me back to a land i'd rather be.
