Colors were extremely accurate.I was nervous about purchasing handmade rugs online, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. The quality and workmanship are superb. Each rug is a beautiful work of art. Highly recommended!

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. Easy to navigate website, good amount of detail listed, item exactly as described, very good deal, item arrived at my doorstep halfway around the world in 2.5 days. Item was packaged well and included a neat little Turkish charm and free carpet tape. I had a great experience and will most definitely buy from kilim.com again!

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.
