Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase. I truly felt that Ida cared about me! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will be shopping at kilim again!!

We are happy with our purchase. The delivery was a bit detailed, but the communication was very transparant. So no problems! The colours on the rug were a bit less bright than on the picture, but it still looks beautiful in our home! Thank you, Kilim!

It was helpful to use the filters and categories you have on your website, colors, dimensions and pattern style...The information on each rug was easy to find and I took my time considering. This is my second purchase from Kilim. Their pictures are great. They are happy to send you additional pics. My rug is so beautiful! They ship so quickly it’s amazing. Highly recommend. I’m shopping for another rug now.
