The rug I purchased arrived on time and was packaged very well. It is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The rug is exactly as pictured, it was well packaged, and a perfect addition in my space. There are so many wonderful options on the website to fit any size that you were looking for. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a runner in the size that I needed and this is perfect.

The rug arrived very quickly and it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It looks great in the entry hall of my home, cheers up the space. I also took you suggestion and ordered a new rug pad from RugPads USA. It also arrived in a very timely manner and is perfect for the rug I bought.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.
