The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. I am an Interior Designer, I ordered one rug and four throw pillow cases for a client. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just as the photos looked on the website. My client and I are both thrilled with the purchase. The pieces look fabulous in her room which we have totally redesigned. The measurements were also spot on - I ordered pillow inserts based on the measurements given online & each of the four different size inserts fit the pillows perfectly. The order also took less than a week to receive. Amazing products with fantastic customer service.

Exactly what the picture showed. This rug is gorgeous with lively colors, yet the aged look of a vintage rug. Looks perfect in our living room. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I am so happy with this purchase and hope to do business again! Very responsive customer service.
