Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!

This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service. I’m so happy with my rug. It’s even more beautiful in person than it was on the site. And it arrived so quickly. Loved the little sachet of lavender inside the box. Would definitely recommend.
