The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just as the photos looked on the website. My client and I are both thrilled with the purchase. The pieces look fabulous in her room which we have totally redesigned. The measurements were also spot on - I ordered pillow inserts based on the measurements given online & each of the four different size inserts fit the pillows perfectly. Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.

Amazing experience. The vintage wool runner was well packaged, and the design/color exactly as described. It shipped from Turkey via FedEx and arrived IN JUST A WEEK which is fantastic considering customs clearance requirements. Will definitely recommend and use again!!

My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!

This carpet is so beautiful. Exactly the colours of the the online photo image. Shipping was quick. A couple of nice postcards and a kilim cushion cover were gifts in the package! Overall a very good purchasing experience!
