This rug exceeded my expectations. It is more lovely in person than on the website. I love how thick and plush it is. If feels so good walking barefoot on it. Will definitely order more in the future as my needs arise.

Remarkably easy to work with given we were half the world apart. Design process was facilitated by paint and crayon samples I could get locally to be sure of true colors.Finished product delivered as scheduled and is even better than I anticipated.Pricing was excellent, too

I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
