Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

i ordered a 6x10' vintage turkish rug. a very pleasant surprise was that the actual color of the rug was exactly as represented on your website. the size and condition was also as represented. shipping was via fedex and was received earlier than expected. bottom line: i loved the rug and the shopping experience with Kilim and will definitely order from them again soon. looking to order a runner from them now.

I have purchased two magnificent rugs from Kilim.com. It was extremely easy to work on design, size, etc. via email with a friendly representative. My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!
