Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. The rug was well packed and protected from the elements. Overall it was a terrific experience. I currently have several other rugs in the shopping cart. Every aspect of our experience with kilim was fabulous. They are so responsive and willing to answer all questions. When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. It arrived as promised, in great condition and is absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com

I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other.But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.

I have received my two wonderful kilim rugs six days after I ordered. They were exactly as I expected. Customer service is also amazing, they answered all my emails quickly and did impressive room simulations with my choice of rugs to help me decide.
