The rug is stunning, great quality and even more beautiful than the pictures. The entire process was seamless, the rug was very safely packaged and delivery was within 2 weeks of placing our order.

My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Love the possibility of "seeing" the carpet in my room with the help of digital photo's ( huge bonus point )and the various showing of the carpets on the website . I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!
