This is an amazing website . I have ordered several times and all are as advertised. If there is any variation that might be different than how it looks on the website they let you know before they send. Great service, great offerings.

They provide great service. The rug I received was beautiful but ended up not working out. They helped me return it with detailed instructions and emailed me status updates along the way. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for authentic Turkish rugs.

I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there. Great experience. Buying a rug online may seem daunting but with Kilim it’s not! Their website is extremely well designed and functional with amazing inventory, great search filters and realistic pictures. Shipping and delivery were super efficient, rugs arrived quickly and safely packaged. The customer service is impressive too, very responsive to emails about the product and the delivery process.
