I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

Good quality. I thought the rug might be in NJ but it was shipped from Istanbul. Still arrived relatively fast. I've been to Istanbul 2x so i am a great fan of Turkish culture. My paintings and rugs take me back to a land i'd rather be.

I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.

I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other.But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.

Everything happened just as promised and the rug is fabulous!

Kilim.com has a great website with dynamic visual tools and lots of helpful details about the rugs. Very useful for researching before choosing a rug. The customer service was excellent and the shipping service was surprisingly fast.

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. I own an Interior Design business and will work with kilim.com in the future.Thank you!

This is an amazing website . I have ordered several times and all are as advertised. If there is any variation that might be different than how it looks on the website they let you know before they send. Great service, great offerings.
