I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other.But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.

Fabulous rug, very true to photo, in wonderful condition. Can't overstate the richness it adds to the room. Don't be afraid to order on line from these people, it's a first rate operation.

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. Amazing experience. The vintage wool runner was well packaged, and the design/color exactly as described. It shipped from Turkey via FedEx and arrived IN JUST A WEEK which is fantastic considering customs clearance requirements. Will definitely recommend and use again!!

I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there.
