I bought a beautiful stool and the customer service was amazing and they responded right away to my emails. They also helped me I. The past as I was looking for a run and even did a design work up to show me what it would look like in my space. They are very responsive and kind and I love my vintage stool!

This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.
