They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. As one of a kind rugs, we were a little nervous to order without seeing them in person, but they were exactly as shown in the picture, in great shape, and arrived in a reasonable window. We're thrilled with both of our purchases.

This carpet is so beautiful. Exactly the colours of the the online photo image. Shipping was quick. A couple of nice postcards and a kilim cushion cover were gifts in the package! Overall a very good purchasing experience!

Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.
