I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended.
