Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

The sales folk at kilim are responsive and really helpful. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.

Every part of the service experience was good. Timeliness in shipping and delivery, packaging and even a return were all managed well.And the rug I kept was great! I'll shop here again.

Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. Accurate descriptions on site and I love the color swatches on the product page. I will be returning to buy again! Thank you!

I bought 2 incredible rugs from Kilim Studio. They arrived in perfect condition relatively quickly and were exactly as pictured on the website. Colors were extremely accurate.I was nervous about purchasing handmade rugs online, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. The quality and workmanship are superb.
