I have purchased two magnificent rugs from Kilim.com. It was extremely easy to work on design, size, etc. via email with a friendly representative. My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. They are extremely low maintenance but, more importantly, are admired by all who visit my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. A treasure of an Internet « find ».

When they arrived, literally 5 days later from Turkey, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the two vintage kilims are, the colors and woven textures really are much more vivid and rich in person. I love my runner! It looks even better in person. The colors are rich and vibrant. And because it’s a kilim rug, I can get a plusher rug pad and it won’t be a problem with the door.

The rug arrived very quickly and it is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It looks great in the entry hall of my home, cheers up the space. I also took you suggestion and ordered a new rug pad from RugPads USA. It also arrived in a very timely manner and is perfect for the rug I bought.
