Very fast shipping! The rug was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The "evil eye" ornament gift was so nice. It reminded me of my visit to Istanbul last year.

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. My first time ordering from Kilim, I got 2 rugs this time. When they arrived, literally 5 days later from Turkey, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the two vintage kilims are, the colors and woven textures really are much more vivid and rich in person. All communications and follow up with Kilim have been helpful and timely. I am very happy with my new rugs and already thinking about future rug purchases.

I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. The attention to detail, colors, quality of materials and customer service are beyond compare. I only wish I had more floor space so I could order more!

Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.
