I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing website . I have ordered several times and all are as advertised. If there is any variation that might be different than how it looks on the website they let you know before they send. Great service, great offerings.

Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com

Kilim Studio are outstanding. The kilims that they sell are beautiful. I have bought a few rugs from them now and they have all arrived promptly and been identical to the pictures on the website. I have found that the colours of the rugs on the website perfectly match the real thing and it is always a delight to receive a kilim from them. This rug was beautiful and in great condition and arrived very quickly. When we realized it did not fit into our space as planned they were extremely accommodating with a return. Will not hesitate to buy from them again!

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.
