This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service. I am also appreciative of the hard working, under appreciated artists that make these beautiful rugs.

Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. Very happy with my purchase. The rug is just as described, with good quality workmanship. It’s great value for money. The communication from Kilim was prompt and responsive, and the delivery time a very impressive five days to my door from the other side of the world.

This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.
