I am an Interior Designer, I ordered one rug and four throw pillow cases for a client. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just as the photos looked on the website. My client and I are both thrilled with the purchase. The pieces look fabulous in her room which we have totally redesigned. The measurements were also spot on - I ordered pillow inserts based on the measurements given online & each of the four different size inserts fit the pillows perfectly. The order also took less than a week to receive. Amazing products with fantastic customer service.

Their website is extremely well designed and functional with amazing inventory, great search filters and realistic pictures. I have received my two wonderful kilim rugs six days after I ordered. They were exactly as I expected. Customer service is also amazing, they answered all my emails quickly and did impressive room simulations with my choice of rugs to help me decide.

My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!
