Vintage Anadolu Kilim Yolluk 96 cm x 325 cm

I was hesitant to buy such a high end item on line from thousands of miles away ... but my experience was beyond expectation. The kilim we purchased is absolutely gorgeous ,reasonably priced and excellent quality. My questions were promptly answered online, with extra photos sent to confirm colors and texture. Shipping was fast and reliable ...we are hooked! About to purchase a second rug.

Surprisingly quick shipment, great quality and fair price

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended. Absolutely would use again.

Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind.
