I ordered two custom sized rugs from Kilim Studio. The communication was great! I was given a variety of design layouts to choose from. They arrived sooner than expected and they are beautiful and very well made. We will be enjoying them for years to come. They also gave me excellent advice about where to purchase rug mats. Love ❤️

My rugs were ready to ship from Turkey to the US at exactly the time promised and arrived within 24-48 hours of shipping in perfect condition. I ordered a beautiful rug from Kilim.com; it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind.
