Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com

Beautiful rug when it arrived. The lovely pattern and colors are true to the photos. But after a week, the weaving is unraveling in various areas. For a 900 dollar rug, I am very disappointed. Also, no one answered my email explaining the problem.

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

Remarkably easy to work with given we were half the world apart. Design process was facilitated by paint and crayon samples I could get locally to be sure of true colors.Finished product delivered as scheduled and is even better than I anticipated.Pricing was excellent, too

When they arrived, literally 5 days later from Turkey, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the two vintage kilims are, the colors and woven textures really are much more vivid and rich in person. I am an Interior Designer, I ordered one rug and four throw pillow cases for a client. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was absolutely stunning. The colors were vibrant and beautiful, just as the photos looked on the website. My client and I are both thrilled with the purchase. The pieces look fabulous in her room which we have totally redesigned. The measurements were also spot on - I ordered pillow inserts based on the measurements given online & each of the four different size inserts fit the pillows perfectly.
