I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com

I ordered two custom sized rugs from Kilim Studio. The communication was great! I was given a variety of design layouts to choose from. The rug is exactly as pictured, it was well packaged, and a perfect addition in my space. There are so many wonderful options on the website to fit any size that you were looking for. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a runner in the size that I needed and this is perfect.
