The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. They arrived sooner than expected and they are beautiful and very well made. We will be enjoying them for years to come. They also gave me excellent advice about where to purchase rug mats. Love ❤️

The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.
