My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there.
