This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service. I am also appreciative of the hard working, under appreciated artists that make these beautiful rugs.

I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Our purchase went very smoothly, in fact Kilim double checked with us on color before shipment and then it arrived in just a few days. WAY faster than something ordered the same day stateside. I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.
