This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. I strongly recommend giving their wide range of inventory a look. I will continue to shop with them until my last wood floor has an area rug!

The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.

The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

The carpet is the focal point in the room. It is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for your part in helping make our baby's room so comfy and beautiful!

Beautiful rug when it arrived. The lovely pattern and colors are true to the photos. But after a week, the weaving is unraveling in various areas. For a 900 dollar rug, I am very disappointed. Also, no one answered my email explaining the problem.

Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.
