Each kilim is skillfully hand-woven in Turkey to create a beautiful piece of art. We use vegetable dyed and hand spun wool to make sure they age gracefully.
This fine red rug measures 6' 1" x 8' 8" (73" x 104"). We can customize it by adding your monogram or removing the fringes upon request. If you like the design of this rug, but need it in a different size or colors, we can custom make it to meet your requirements. Liven up a monochromatic room with bold colors; have one made in sweet pastels for an unusual nursery room detail.

I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!
