We were impressed by the website with the huge selection, plus great pictures and tools to see the rug before purchase. At the same time a little concerned buying from an offshore supplier. Our purchase went very smoothly, in fact Kilim double checked with us on color before shipment and then it arrived in just a few days. WAY faster than something ordered the same day stateside. The rug was exactly as described and fits our space perfectly. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

The rug arrived on time and was packaged very well. The rug is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website and it has added a wonderful touch of warmth and elegance to my living room.The customer service was also great, they helped me to find the perfect rug for my living room and they were very patient with all my questions.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I was hesitant to buy such a high end item on line from thousands of miles away ... but my experience was beyond expectation. The kilim we purchased is absolutely gorgeous ,reasonably priced and excellent quality. My questions were promptly answered online, with extra photos sent to confirm colors and texture.
