Beautiful rug when it arrived. The lovely pattern and colors are true to the photos. But after a week, the weaving is unraveling in various areas. For a 900 dollar rug, I am very disappointed. Also, no one answered my email explaining the problem.

i ordered a 6x10' vintage turkish rug. a very pleasant surprise was that the actual color of the rug was exactly as represented on your website. the size and condition was also as represented. shipping was via fedex and was received earlier than expected. bottom line: i loved the rug and the shopping experience with Kilim and will definitely order from them again soon. looking to order a runner from them now.

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. Kilim Studio are outstanding. The kilims that they sell are beautiful. I have bought a few rugs from them now and they have all arrived promptly and been identical to the pictures on the website. I have found that the colours of the rugs on the website perfectly match the real thing and it is always a delight to receive a kilim from them. Whenever I have had questions they have always been answered swiftly and their communications are clear and always helpful. I couldn't rate them more highly.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.
