The rug arrived on time and was packaged very well. The rug is very thick and well made, it feels very luxurious underfoot. The colors are true to the photos on the website and it has added a wonderful touch of warmth and elegance to my living room.The customer service was also great, they helped me to find the perfect rug for my living room and they were very patient with all my questions.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. I strongly recommend giving their wide range of inventory a look. I will continue to shop with them until my last wood floor has an area rug!
