Beautiful rug when it arrived. The lovely pattern and colors are true to the photos. But after a week, the weaving is unraveling in various areas. For a 900 dollar rug, I am very disappointed. Also, no one answered my email explaining the problem.

Arrived in a few days!The kiln is beautiful, just like the picture. I can’t stop ordering from these guys. I’ve bought a half dozen rugs over time. I think I’ve got what I need, and then I see their new catalog and just can’t help myself.

The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. Kilim.com is legit. We ordered our rug from Texas and had it in a week. Quality is exceptional! Almost as good as drinking apple tea and having them throw rugs at our feet. The website is great!

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.
