Great experience. Buying a rug online may seem daunting but with Kilim it’s not! Their website is extremely well designed and functional with amazing inventory, great search filters and realistic pictures. Shipping and delivery were super efficient, rugs arrived quickly and safely packaged. The customer service is impressive too, very responsive to emails about the product and the delivery process. As for the rugs themselves, top quality at competitive prices. Would definitely recommend Kilim!

Kilim Studio are outstanding. The kilims that they sell are beautiful. I have bought a few rugs from them now and they have all arrived promptly and been identical to the pictures on the website. I have found that the colours of the rugs on the website perfectly match the real thing and it is always a delight to receive a kilim from them. The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.

My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!

Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!
