I ordered two custom sized rugs from Kilim Studio. The communication was great! I was given a variety of design layouts to choose from. I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.

excellent design and organization of online catalog

They were very helpful when we were choosing the right colors for our rug, and always reacted quickly and correctly. The rug was delivered very fast, and the packaging was perfect.The rug itself is of a good quality.

The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.
