The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. I wasn't sure about buying a vintage rug online but I'm so glad I did. The rug is gorgeous, exactly as displayed/described, and immaculately clean! It's beautifully worn in and has decades upon decades of life left in it. Happy purchase!
