I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
