Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase. Every aspect of our experience with kilim was fabulous. They are so responsive and willing to answer all questions. When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. It arrived as promised, in great condition and is absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service. I am also appreciative of the hard working, under appreciated artists that make these beautiful rugs.
