The colors are true to the photos on the website and it has added a wonderful touch of warmth and elegance to my living room.The customer service was also great, they helped me to find the perfect rug for my living room and they were very patient with all my questions.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to others. We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!

The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch.
