Each kilim is skillfully hand-woven in Turkey to create a beautiful piece of art. We use vegetable dyed and hand spun wool to make sure they age gracefully.
This fine purple, yellow rug measures 4' 7" x 6' 6" (55" x 78"). We can customize it by adding your monogram or removing the fringes upon request. If you like the design of this rug, but need it in a different size or colors, we can custom make it to meet your requirements. Liven up a monochromatic room with bold colors; have one made in sweet pastels for an unusual nursery room detail.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.
