Tulu is basically a kilim or a plainweave with tufts of wool, goat-hair yarn or thin strips of cloth interwoven using the Turkish knot to form tuft patterns on the underlying design. This 50 years old Sivas tulu has been woven with high quality mohair. It can be utilized as floor covering as well as furniture cover, bed spread or curtaining material.
