Tulu is basically a kilim or a plainweave with tufts of wool, goat-hair yarn or thin strips of cloth interwoven using the Turkish knot to form tuft patterns on the underlying design. This 40 years old tulu has been woven with high quality, goat-hair yarns. It can be utilised as floor covering as well as furniture cover, bed spread or curtaining metarial.
